Ben H(3rd), Sam H(1st) and Ben M-L(2nd) at the finish of the McDonalds Duathlon on SundayFendalton boys scored a trifecta in the 9 years age group at the McDonalds Duathlon yesterday in South Hagley Park. Sam H took out the 1km run, 4km cycle and 500m run ahead of Ben M-L and Ben H. Lots of other FOS or ex FOS athletes performed well with Thomas H taking 4th in the 11 years boys and Rose M-L 3rd in the 11 years girls.
